ABOUT HAUS-NEUFUS
LONG COAT GERMAN SHEPHERD BREEDER IN JOHNSTOWN, OHIO
At Haus-Neufus, our German Shepherd breeding program is built around a lifelong passion for the breed and a commitment to producing healthy, well-tempered, structurally sound Long Coat German Shepherds.
Located on 20 acres in Johnstown, Ohio, near Columbus, Haus-Neufus specializes in Long Coat German Shepherd puppies from carefully selected German show bloodlines. Our breeding program emphasizes health, stable temperament, correct structure, intelligence, trainability, working ability, and the unmistakable character of a well-bred German Shepherd Dog.
Our German Shepherds are more than breeding dogs. They are part of our family, living in our home and enjoying the space, training areas, and outdoor environment of our Ohio property. That same hands-on approach carries into how we raise and socialize every litter.
EXPERIENCED GERMAN SHEPHERD BREEDER, TRAINER & HANDLER
Who We Are
Our involvement with German Shepherds began in 2004 through obedience training. In 2008, that passion expanded into Schutzhund sport and the conformation show ring.
Since then, Haus-Neufus has remained actively involved in training, showing, titling, raising, and breeding German Shepherd Dogs in Ohio.
Jana has spent more than 18 years training and showing German Shepherds, earning titles across obedience, tracking, endurance, conformation, and Schutzhund. Our dogs have competed at Sieger Shows, regional shows, and club shows.
That experience directly influences every part of our breeding program, from selecting complementary sire and dam pairings to raising puppies and evaluating temperament, structure, movement, trainability, and potential.
WE RAISE GERMAN SHEPHERD PUPPIES
Our German Shepherds live with us as family dogs rather than being raised solely as kennel dogs. Puppies spend their weeks in a home environment with regular handling, interaction, and early socialization designed to help prepare them for life
HEALTH-TESTED BREEDING DOGS
Health is an essential part of responsible German Shepherd breeding. Our breeding dogs are evaluated and health tested, with individual health information, pedigrees, titles, and available certifications
GERMAN SHOW-LINE BLOODLINES
Our breeding program is based primarily on carefully selected German show-line bloodlines with an emphasis on correct structure, breed type, temperament, health, movement, and working ability.
RAISED WITH A TRAINER'S EXPERIENCE
Years of hands-on experience in obedience, Schutzhund, conformation, and dog training give us a deeper understanding of temperament, behavior, development, and what makes a German Shepherd successful in the real world.
