ABOUT:
V Ocean von der Zenteiche
Ocean is a beautiful and accomplished German Shepherd female who brings together excellent breed type, proven working ability, strong German genetics, and the qualities we value in our females at Haus Neufus.
Ocean is a medium-sized, powerful and full-bodied female with a strong, expressive head, very good pigmentation and a correct overall structure. Her breed survey describes her as dry and firm with high withers, a firm back, very well-positioned upper arm, very well-angled hindquarters and correct proportions. Her powerful, expansive gait and secure working temperament further demonstrate the balance of structure and character behind her.
Ocean has proven that she is much more than a beautiful German Shepherd. She has earned her BH, AD, IGP2 and KKL, demonstrating her trainability, endurance, working ability and character. These accomplishments are especially important to us because we believe the German Shepherd should retain the intelligence, confidence and ability to work for which the breed was created.
Her show career has been equally impressive. Ocean was extensively shown in Europe, earning excellent placements throughout Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Her results include VV1 at the 2018 Erfenbach German State Conformation Show, V2 at the 2018 Nordhorn German Conformation Show, SG2 at the 2018 Wanne-Nord German Conformation Show, SG2 at the 2019 Hoogeven Netherlands State Conformation Show, SG3 at the 2019 Minderhout Belgium State Conformation Show, V1 at the 2020 Hoogeven Netherlands State Conformation Show, and V6 at the 2021 Wanne-Nord German State Conformation Show.
Ocean also brings important health credentials to our breeding program. Her hips and elbows are rated a1 normal, she is DM N/N, and she has full dentition. Combined with her working titles, show record, breed survey and European background, these qualities make Ocean an important female within Haus Neufus.
For us, Ocean represents the type of German Shepherd female we want behind our breeding program — beautiful and feminine while still powerful, structurally correct, capable of working, and possessing the character and genetics we hope to preserve for future generations.
